I’m going to a camp in Costa Rica. There we will learn how to surf. what is the chance of my survival in class. We only have 3 days of surfing lessons. to what point of expertise should i be at by the end of the 3 days. for beginners: does it kill your muscles, do you need a lot of muscles, really strong?
